The Lukomorye IT ecosystem has confirmed the compatibility of its products with the domestic database management system “Quantum Hybrid Base” developed by JSC “Concern GRANIT”. This will allow customers to use the ecosystem’s solutions in their existing IT infrastructure without replacing the already implemented DBMS and without additional integration modifications.
When implementing digital transformation projects, large organizations are increasingly building their IT landscape using solutions from various Russian developers. Under these conditions, one of the key criteria for selecting new software becomes its confirmed compatibility with the infrastructure components already in use. This approach helps preserve previously made investments, reduce implementation time, and minimize risks when launching new information systems.
The work to confirm compatibility was carried out as part of a project for one of the major customers. The company was already using the DBMS "Quantum Hybrid Base" and planned to implement products from the Lukomorye ecosystem without replacing the existing database management system. To achieve this, the specialists at Lukomorye conducted comprehensive testing of the ecosystem’s solutions and confirmed their correct operation with the DBMS "Quantum Hybrid Base" developed by the Granit concern.
During the tests, the specialists deployed Lukomorye’s products on a test bench, evaluated their performance in various operational scenarios, identified the specifics of integration with the new platform, and made the necessary improvements to ensure the solutions’ correct operation with the DBMS "Quantum Hybrid Base". Compatibility is implemented at the level of connecting to the database and executing SQL queries. To support “Quantum Hybrid Base”, the installation mechanisms were adapted to take into account the specific features of the domestic DBMS without changing the product architecture: the necessary changes were made at the configuration level, without affecting their core, which made it possible to preserve the full functionality of the solutions. At the same time, the implemented improvements are universal in nature and ensure full compatibility with both standard PostgreSQL and “Quantum Hybrid Base”. Based on the test results, the stable and correct operation of the “Akola”, “Divo”, “Mera”, “Yaga Tasks” and “Yaga Articles” solutions with the DBMS "Quantum Hybrid Base" has been confirmed.
The confirmed compatibility is important not only for the implementation of a specific project. Since the DBMS "Quantum Hybrid Base" is already being used in government organizations and large companies, the results of the tests conducted will allow a wider range of customers to implement products from the Lukomorye ecosystem into their existing IT infrastructure without additional modifications, thereby reducing implementation time and lowering integration costs.
“Modern customers do not choose individual products, but rather technologies that are compatible with each other. Therefore, it is important for us that the solutions from the Lukomorye ecosystem integrate seamlessly into the existing infrastructure without requiring the replacement of previously implemented components.” “Confirming compatibility with the DBMS "Quantum Hybrid Base" is another step towards creating an open domestic ecosystem in which customers can freely choose the best solutions for their tasks without encountering compatibility limitations,” noted Arsen Blagov, CEO of the Lukomorye IT ecosystem.
“For organizations working with state information systems and critical information infrastructure facilities, it is important not only to use certified security tools but also to be sure that all components of the IT landscape interact correctly with each other.” The confirmed compatibility of the DBMS "Quantum Hybrid Base" with the solutions of the Lukomorye ecosystem enables customers to build a unified, secure IT infrastructure based on domestic software, while maintaining a high level of security, reliability, and performance,” commented Vladimir Listov, Advisor to the General Director of the Granit Concern.
